We give careful attention to quality of instruction and assessment,” said Dean Catalina Febes T. Aranas, Ph.D. during the Nursing Faculty Training and Workshop on Curriculum Mapping last July 20 to 21.

“Our current curriculum map already conforms to standards. But our commitment to continuous development pushes us to do more. We are currently reviewing its contents for updating and integration of more vigorous strategies for instruction and assessment guided by the alignment framework. Instructional planning and design are indispensable in the attainment of desired learning outcomes,” said Dean Aranas. “These are crucial in the preparation of our students for the Nursing Board Examination,” she added.

The recent Philippine Licensure Examination was given by the Board of Nursing in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga last May 2022. According to PRC, the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will done online via prc.gov.ph. where successful examinees could personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
