Rev. Fr. Edwin A. Lao, OP, MM, DBA, Rector and President of UST-Legazpi and Rev. Fr. Richard G. Ang, OP, PhD, Rector Magnificus of UST Manila, have signed a memorandum of agreement to strengthen the academic collaboration between the two Universities on January 24, 2025.
The partnership will focus on faculty and resource exchange, research initiatives, and joint academic and scientific projects aimed at enhancing educational opportunities and fostering mutual growth. Fr. Lao, OP was accompanied by Dr. Susana C. Cabredo, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Rev. Fr. Junel C. Pedroso, OP, LPT, STHL/MA, Vice President for Administration and Finance, Rev. Fr. Roberto S. Castellano, Jr. OP, LPT, RGC, Vice President for Religious Affairs, and Rev. Fr. Siddharta B. Chiong, OP, LPT, PhL, MA, Director of Media Alumni and Public Affairs.
