A raft of new scholarships is making international study more accessible than ever, helping students from many of the ASEACCU countries achieve their dream of study abroad and attracting the best and brightest students from around the world.

Australian Catholic University has launched four international scholarships that will take the financial pressure off international students who want to pursue their studies at the university.

ACU Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Julie Cogin said the scholarships reflected ACU’s commitment to academic excellence, equity and global impact.

“We want talented students, regardless of where they come from or their financial means, to be able to access quality education,” Professor Cogin said.

“This commitment reflects the Catholic mission to uphold human dignity, promote social justice, and support the formation of the whole person.

“By removing the financial barriers, we’re offering students a life-changing opportunity and investing in future leaders who will make a difference in their communities and beyond.”

Professor Cogin said international students enriched ACU’s campuses, bringing diverse perspectives and experiences.

“When students from different backgrounds study together, it strengthens the learning experience for everyone,” Professor Cogin said.

“These scholarships aren’t just about supporting individual students; they’re about building a truly global community of learning at ACU.”
